Abstract

The purpose of this article is to guide so that the Evaluation of Housing Projects is applied according to up to date standards. Also this article encourages the analysis and understanding of PCHB, so that an evaluation project of the PCHB may be created. In the year 2003 this program shall be completed, so the subject of this article becomes important because it is a reference on evaluations. This article is based on a study done during the module Housing Evaluation of the Public Housing Specialization Post Graduate program.
