Abstract

The following text was submitted to the Architecture Competition together with the project drawings. It presents the principles that leaded the design. The 123 acres park will be the main axis of a new urban development in Santiago "Ciudad Parque Bicentenario" at present under construction on the area occupied by the former Cerrillos Airport, Santiago de Chile
