Risk and vulnerability of the piedmont in Puente Alto - Santiago de Chile: three hypotheses
Abstract
This article aims to propose three hypotheses about the characteristics of risk and vulnerability in the foothills of Puente Alto. Noted an initial framework for a discussion of zoning and densification of the area, as well as provide the basis for the reformulation of the Communal Regulating Plan.
