Climate Change in United States: the case Utility Air Regulatory Group v. Environmental Protecction Agency

Abstract

The review presents a brief overview of how United States of America have faced the phenomenon of Climate Change, the most relevant precedent decided by the Supreme Court of the United States (Massachusetts v. EPA) in 2007 is analyzed and besides a review of the particularities that involved the case Utility Air Regulatory Group v. EPA, in 2014, to reach some conclusions which considers domestic and international situation.
